About the Event
Prepare to get your hands and knees dirty with this floor work bonanza. We’ll be covering some of Lauren’s favourite floor tricks, learning the technique behind some of the trickier elements and reworking some of the classics. Suitable for all levels.
What to wear: Knee pads, socks and a top that covers your shoulders. Heels are welcome but not essential.
