Finding motivation to regularly stretch and improve my flexibility has always been a challenge! Well social distancing has now forced my hand, so let's stretch!
Progress not perfection. Everyone's body is different so let's share our flexibility progress but remember not to compare yourself to others. Your journey is your own and unique.
Setting goals is essential for improving flexibility but pick small, short-term goals that are realistic. For example, I'm very aware my splits are terrible so saying I'll try and get into a Rainbow Marachenko by summer would be ridiculous! (Although probably hilarious to watch!)
